We listed this house “Coming Soon” on zillow while the house was still under construction. We were blessed to receive a full price offer within the first week. We decided to accept the offer, and allow the clients to to pick from a number of premium granite and backsplash choices since the home was still under construction. We couldn’t be more excited with out this house turned out. It was originally comprised of a series of compartmentalize spaces to include an extremely tiny, closed off kitchen in the back of the home. We were able to completely open up the space which enabled us to visualize a better use of the square footage. The result was a completely open concept living/dining/kitchen with an additional living space separated by french doors which could be used as a second living room, office, or den. In addition to restructuring the main living space we also were able to re-locate the laundry room which resulting in us added a his and her walk-in closet for the master bedroom. The transformation of this home, still proves to be one of our all time favorites!
