This was the largest home we’ve ever taken on and we only had 1 month to complete it…. Heres the story… We bought the house at the end of March and began the demo process. We listed the home “Coming Soon” to try and spark an interest for a future buyer. As luck would have it, a wonderful couple moving into town noticed the listing and asked to see the home that weekend, as it was the only weekend they would be in the area before moving to Dayton the following month. Even though the house was down to the studs, we figured why not. Luckily for us the buyers had vision and knew the space and location was exactly what they were looking for. The Ashgard Group was able to work directly with the buyers to pick the vast majority of their finishings and create a space they could be happy in for years to come. The end result was truly stunning! Though this house was the hardest for us to part with (we honestly wanted to move into it) we couldn’t be happier with the couple that purchased it and we hope they enjoy many more fantastic years in the home..
